Our Founders
Headquartered in Chicago, and formed in 2021, Sẽsẽnergi is led by co‑founders whose expertise bridges global energy systems and community-centered change. Drawing on more than 17 years in U.S. and international energy markets, electrical engineer Senyo Ador has delivered over $300M in infrastructure projects and helped shape Illinois’ clean energy policy as an advisor to Governor J.B. Pritzker. Public health and education expert Osei David Andrews‑Hutchinson brings decades of experience designing equitable systems and workforce pathways for diverse communities. Together, they have architected an integrated model that deploys cutting‑edge clean energy technology, aligns institutional resources, and cultivates the workforce needed to scale a global movement of ecological regeneration.

Senyo Ador
Senyo Ador is a global sustainable energy expert and engineer whose career spans continents, sectors, and energy paradigms—from large-scale fossil fuel infrastructure to today’s distributed, regenerative systems. With more than 17 years of experience across U.S. and international energy markets, he has built a proven record of translating complex energy challenges into scalable, community-rooted solutions that deliver enduring economic and social value. Through Technology Management Group (TMG), his family’s project management firm, Senyo directed Ghana’s largest rural electrification initiative, delivering over $300 million in infrastructure projects across West Africa and expanding reliable power access while advancing equitable economic participation and local development.

Osei Andrews-Hutchinson
Osei David Andrews-Hutchinson brings a distinctive integration of public health systems thinking, educational leadership, and community-based service to the clean energy transition. He holds a BS in Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, grounding his work in both techinical skill and also the conviction that equitable energy access is a public health and social equity imperative, not solely an infrastructure challenge.
